Our painting contracting business started when we were doing maintenance projects for a major estate agent with a large rental portfolio. We were requested to quote on painting many of the houses and apartments on their portfolio.
We have learned and gained an enormous amount of experience in the art of painting and redecoration. We have successfully repaired areas of water ingress that has caused damage to paint, completed waterproofing projects, and learned from suppliers and through experience what products to use, how and where.
One of the greatest lessons we have learned was - because 99% of properties were occupied - to quickly and efficiently complete projects and cause the least disruptions to occupants, which we did successfully.
Working with various estate agents has gained us entrance in all sorts of properties, from the low middle class to high end properties, where we have successfully done projects.
